Shielded Crucible Heaters provide uniform heating to the installed crucible and allow very high rates as well as high temperatures, up to 1800°C, to be achieved. Due to the rigid construction, heater and crucible life is extended. The thermal shields protect your components by reducing the radiant heat that you system is exposed to.
